Life is big.
I believe if I’d been taught mindfulness skills and had the right kind of support to practice meditation when I was younger, I would have suffered a lot less and shined a lot more.
I was fortunate to find my way out of darkness once I found what worked for me— but a lot of people don’t have access to what they need. This is why I take a truth-loyal, eclectic, freewheeling approach to help people of all ages, backgrounds, and starting points learn in a way that’s BIG for them.
There’s a BIG evidence base for mindfulness and meditation! Some benefits include: stress reduction, clarity, resilience and adaptability, improved focus and productivity, better decision making and enhanced creativity and emotional regulation.
