Life is big.
Based on my lived experience and 25 years of research, I believe if I’d been taught mindfulness skills when I was younger, I would have suffered a lot less and shined a lot more.
I was fortunate to eventually find my way because I had access to all kinds of opportunities, but I have typically found that those who need the most support have the least amount of access to it. That’s an injustice, and I feel mindfulness education is a right, not a resource.
I take a truth-loyal, eclectic and freewheeling approach to connect with and support people of all backgrounds, ages and starting points with mindfulness practice and meditation. In particular, it is my BIG honor, privilege and gift to be able to nurture young people and help empower their lifelong shine.
So is the power of mindfulness and meditation…
