  • Mindfulness programs in prisons have demonstrated an increase in emotional intelligence and a decrease in prisoners’ levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Programs have also shown correlational evidence between attendance in mindfulness trainings and a reduction in prison infractions. Check the research.
